Yes, We Are Married!

안녕하세요

Have been missing for few months because of busy preparing for my big day. Wedding preparation is seriously crazy. Is so tiring but of course is a fun day too. Celebrating our big day with our beloved family and very close friend.

25th November 2017, there is where I begin my new journey, have my own new family. To be a good wife. 02nd October 2006, is where we started our love story. We have gone through a lot of things. Happiness and sadness. Of course, nothing is perfect, we both have our own weaknesses but the most important is we learn to compromise, learn to communicate with each other and we learn to be open to each other. There is still a lot of things to learn, so we both are constantly learning.

We did not have a very huge and grand wedding ceremony and dinner, but we have a very warm and full of love ceremony and dinner. 27 tables that consist of both side family and very very close friends. We really appreciate all of them taking their precious time off to celebrate our big day.

Of course, the day will not be smooth and success without our videographer, Gary & Alvin from Armadale Weddings. Our photographer Hanz from Omelette and our driver of the day Khoo from Rent a VW Kombi or Bettle in Malaysia. I can’t wait to see our video and also our photos capture on the day. As for our driver Khoo, we both seriously appreciate your patient and time. Never rush us while we took photo with the lovely car.

Hanz has posted some photos on his Facebook page. Hope to see more soon.

Glass Bottle For Essential Oil Drinks

안녕하세요

I am new in essential oil and I am also learning how to use essential oil. Not only for myself but also to help people who needed. So, I have been attending courses and also doing a lot of research about essential usage.

I have been consuming Lemon essential oil in my drinks. Earlier days, I was using Tupperware plastic bottle. Then I saw this article from Glasstic Water Bottle that undiluted essential oils can eat through plastic and even diluted oils will degrade plastics over time.

So recently BROS has launched their new products which are BROS VASO. This bottle is glass bottle with varieties design and sizes. You can find it at One Utama Parkson and they are having a promotion with 10% discount. The 400ml cost RM43.90 and the 550ml cost RM45.90. The 630ml, I did not see the price because I was rushing off. If purchase 2 bottles, you will get a free pouch for the bottle. If not, you also can purchase the pouch with the cost of RM15.90 for the small pouch and RM17.90 for the big pouch. There isn’t any discount for the pouch.

I bought the 400ml with fairy tale design because the 550ml is a bit bulky for me and if I am travelling around, it will be good if I can bring along with my essential oil drinks. So I start my Wednesday morning with healthy orange juice with my doTERRA lemon in my juice.

My Essential Oil Journey Begin

안녕하세요

As an when your age grows older, you no longer pursue materialistic goals. Instead, you seek for a healthy lifestyle. A lifestyle where you want a Happy Family, a happy partner, a Happy Day.

I heard about essential oil but I did not really get involved with it till my cousin was telling me about it and my colleague was telling me how powerful this oil is. There is where I start doing research and study more about this special oil. I always have a perception that all this kind of aromatic oil will cause cancer in long-term usage because the smell contains chemical ingredients.

After studying about essential oil and my colleague provided me with a few sample, there is where I understand that essential oil is harmless if we have chosen a pure essential oil. I used to have a bottle of essential oil where I got it from Muji. There is no guarantee from Muji that is pure essential oil but it stated “blend essential oil” so I only used it once a while for fragrance purpose.

So I decided to give a try when I attended their 2017 Post Convention Tour – Malaysia. They have this promotion where you will get a free umbrella when purchasing their enrollment set. So my fiance told me to get the Home Essential Kit + Fractionated Coconut Oil and the whole set cost about RM1,345.00 with 260PV. I still studying about this PV concept. Trying to understand how it works because it seems that the more PV you have, you can redeem with other essential oil.

I love the lapel pin which is a door gift during the 2017 Post Convention Tour – Malaysia. I still thinking where can I pin this. =)

I have been using the oil for about a week and still doing research and testing on the oil. So far so good, but new to this so hoping that I will be able to help more people once I master this lovely oil.

Happy Halloween

안녕하세요

Happy Halloween to everyone…

This is the only game that I have played for years and still playing. Couldn’t resist the cuteness of those smurfs.

Today is the Halloween day, my feeling is very Halloween as well. Something bad come by and I will have to calm down and be positive to face this problem.

I do feel tired and frustrated when bad things come, but now I am learning how to be calm and not allowing those “Halloween” feeling influence and affected my day.

Enjoy the rest of the day.

Imposter Syndrome

안녕하세요,

I was going thru my blog draft and I just notice I have yet to share this article where I found on Cleo Magazine for the month February 2017. The article is sharing about people with “Imposter Syndrome”. I am not a Psychologies of course and when I was reading the article I do not know what is Imposter Syndrome. So I went on Google to obtain more details.

People with imposter syndrome always have self-doubt that they are not good enough and always feel that whatever they do is wrong even though they are quite successful.  Valerie Young, a writer of The Secret Thoughts of Successful Women: Why Capable People Suffer From the Imposter Syndrome and How to Thrive in Spite of It, has categorised imposter patient into 5 subgroups:

  1. The Perfectionist
  2. The Superwoman/man
  3. The Natural Genius
  4. The Rugged Individualist
  5. The Expert

Read more in FastCompany.Com.

According to Forbes Online article, 70% of people have suffered the Imposter Syndrom including the writer. So I was wondering am I suffering from this syndrome because I always have self-doubt that I am not good and everything I do is always not perfect. However, if I look back the 5subgroups categories by Valerie Young, I don’t think I am in those categories. I guess mine is more of no confidence and no passion. =)

Forbes Online writer explains 4 ways to overcome the Imposter syndrome:

  1. Focus on the value you bring; not on attaining perfection
  2. Own your success. You didn’t get lucky by chance
  3. Cease comparison. They’re an act violence against oneself.
  4. Hold firm to ambition. Risk outright exposure.

Sometimes, is not easy to realise if we are the victim or not until 3rd party highlighted to us. Hope that people with Imposter Syndrome can escape from the Syndrome and be a happy person. Appreciate life with full of Love and Gratitude.

As We Grow Older~~~

안녕하세요,

Found this article on Facebook and it was requested to COPY & PASTE on our page post instead of just shared it.

“As we grow older, and hence wiser, we slowly realize that wearing a $30,000 or a $30.00 watch, they both tell the same time. Whether we carry a $3000 or a $30.00 wallet/handbag, the amount of money inside is the same. Whether we drink a bottle of $300 or $10 wine, the hangover is almost the same. Whether the house we live in is 1000 or 10,000 sq. ft., loneliness is the same. You will realize, your true inner happiness does not come from the material things of this world.
Therefore, I hope you realize, when you have mates, buddies and old friends, brothers and sisters, who you chat with, laugh with, talk with, have sung songs with, talk about north-south-east-west or heaven and earth, That is true happiness!!”

SEVEN UNDENIABLE FACTS OF LIFE:

  1. Don’t educate your children to be rich. Educate them to be Happy. So when they grow up they will know the value of things, not the price.
  2. Best awarded words: “Eat your food as your medicines. Otherwise, you have to eat medicines as your food.”
  3. The One who loves you will never leave you because even if there are 50 reasons to give up he or she will find one reason to hold on.
  4. There is a big difference between a human being and being human. Only a few really understand it.
  5. You are loved when you are born. You will be loved when you die. In between, You have to manage!
  6. If you just want to Walk Fast, Walk Alone! But if you want to Walk Far, Walk Together!
  7. If you want to keep great friends in your life, Love, Trust, and Respect them always!!

SIX BEST DOCTORS IN THE WORLD:

  1. Sunlight
  2. Rest
  3. Exercise
  4. Diet
  5. Self Confidence
  6. Family/Friends

Maintain them in all stages of Life and enjoy a healthy life.
The older we get, the fewer things seem worth waiting in line for.

As an when I am getting older, I keep myself away from negative people who do not value Love and Gratitude. Who always take friendship for granted and who always complain about other people weakness.

I am practising Superlife SecretCodes where we learn to Love and be grateful for everything we have and learn to appreciate life.

Happy Deepavali

안녕하세요

Today is a public holiday and I will like to take this chance to wish all my Indian friends, Happy Deepavali and to others Happy Holiday.

Deepavali is a festival of colours and I take this chance to illustrate the colourful artwork. My blog is about how I go thru my colourful life. I still searching for my colourful soul and hoping I will find it one day.  Today the whole day I was taking a long rest after breakfast because I haven’t been having a good sleep for quite some time. I thank you god for giving me this rest time, provide me with a good place to rest and meditate.

Thank You, God.

Sincerity

안녕하세요

Didn’t realise I have been missing for a month from blogging. I was lost again. Lost in direction and feeling very down with everything. So it took me a while to stand up again to ignore all the negative energy. I try to do meditation by doing self-reflection. I am also training my E.Q to be stronger so that I will not be influenced by negative energy.

Today while I am driving to work, I was thinking about this word which is “Sincerity”. How do I identify who is sincere to me or who is using me for their own benefit? Those people who are always smiling at me, are they sincere or they are just waiting for a good time to push me down. Then I was going thru some research, I found this interesting cartoons with a tittle of Sincerity Cartoons from Cartoon Stock.

When I was going thru, I was laughing because Cartoon Stock illustrates the current world situation. Humans are a selfish creature. Only a minimal of the population will treat people sincerely. What you see and hear sometimes might not be sincerely from the speaker.  The below cartoon stated clearly that the girl is “sincerely” trying to shut the audience and ask them to go away. If you lazy to comfort negative people, you will just prepare the thing needed to pacify them. This is just to avoid unnecessary thing to happen.

Sincerity Cartoon

Another cartoon that really attracts my attention is the below cartoon. This is so true. Everyone is giving you feigned sincerity greetings. That is why this kind of greeting cards sold out faster than genuine emotions greetings.

Sincerity Cartoon (2)

I will never understand why some people have that kind of bad intentions. I think they are not afraid of Karma. They are not, but I am. That is why I always ensure whatever I do is always from my heart. People who appreciate me, they will get my sincere treatment, people who are not, I will eliminate them by avoiding them.

Thanks to Cartoon Stock. You make my Monday smile.

Never Feel Tired EVER!

안녕하세요

I have been very tired recently due to lack of sleep. Not too sure the reason why and so  I ended up sleeping only like 3-4 hours only. My boss says I must be stress with my wedding preparation without noticing. I seriously not too sure about it too. Maybe I am stress with the wedding preparation because is getting nearer. I just not sure what is the reason I am not getting enough sleep recently.

I took my lunch time to go thru Magzter to read some magazines. My always favourite magazine is CLEO, Female, Shape. So while reading the September 2017 edition of CLEO, One of the articles attracted my attention.

This article is so talking about the situation I am facing now.  My energy really drains off faster than my mobile phone. They used phone battery as an example of our energy level. Just like the phone, the battery drains out fast when we have too many unfinished tasks and we leave behind lots of tabs which is running the OS. To avoid battery drain off, we have to close all the tabs.

So, I think I have too much unfinished To Do List not just at work but also at my house with additional things which is my wedding preparation. The first thing I really need to do is to get serious with my scheduling. I need to schedule the task and complete it in order to close the tab in my mind.

About Art

안녕하세요

I always very curious about art. Each time I see an art piece I will always be curious how the artist does it. I feel very jealous and always tell myself how I wish I can draw as well. However in the same time, I also always give myself the same excuse which is “I’m not creative”.

Yesterday when I was buying things for my wedding preparation, I drop by MPH Bookstore and I found this interesting box. I was curious about it so I bought it with the price of RM38.00. At the beginning, I thought the book is letting owner practice drawings. End up the book actually is like a  128 page of a reference book about drawings. Together with 3 graded drawing pencils and 3 graded charcoal pencils.

So, is really a beginner’s guide book about drawings. =) I have not really go thru yet. Once I have spare time, will definitely share if this guide is useful.
