Have been missing for few months because of busy preparing for my big day. Wedding preparation is seriously crazy. Is so tiring but of course is a fun day too. Celebrating our big day with our beloved family and very close friend.
25th November 2017, there is where I begin my new journey, have my own new family. To be a good wife. 02nd October 2006, is where we started our love story. We have gone through a lot of things. Happiness and sadness. Of course, nothing is perfect, we both have our own weaknesses but the most important is we learn to compromise, learn to communicate with each other and we learn to be open to each other. There is still a lot of things to learn, so we both are constantly learning.
We did not have a very huge and grand wedding ceremony and dinner, but we have a very warm and full of love ceremony and dinner. 27 tables that consist of both side family and very very close friends. We really appreciate all of them taking their precious time off to celebrate our big day.
Of course, the day will not be smooth and success without our videographer, Gary & Alvin from Armadale Weddings. Our photographer Hanz from Omelette and our driver of the day Khoo from Rent a VW Kombi or Bettle in Malaysia. I can’t wait to see our video and also our photos capture on the day. As for our driver Khoo, we both seriously appreciate your patient and time. Never rush us while we took photo with the lovely car.
Hanz has posted some photos on his Facebook page. Hope to see more soon.
I am new in essential oil and I am also learning how to use essential oil. Not only for myself but also to help people who needed. So, I have been attending courses and also doing a lot of research about essential usage.
I have been consuming Lemon essential oil in my drinks. Earlier days, I was using Tupperware plastic bottle. Then I saw this article from Glasstic Water Bottle that undiluted essential oils can eat through plastic and even diluted oils will degrade plastics over time.
So recently BROS has launched their new products which are BROS VASO. This bottle is glass bottle with varieties design and sizes. You can find it at One Utama Parkson and they are having a promotion with 10% discount. The 400ml cost RM43.90 and the 550ml cost RM45.90. The 630ml, I did not see the price because I was rushing off. If purchase 2 bottles, you will get a free pouch for the bottle. If not, you also can purchase the pouch with the cost of RM15.90 for the small pouch and RM17.90 for the big pouch. There isn’t any discount for the pouch.
I bought the 400ml with fairy tale design because the 550ml is a bit bulky for me and if I am travelling around, it will be good if I can bring along with my essential oil drinks. So I start my Wednesday morning with healthy orange juice with my doTERRA lemon in my juice.
What happens to our society? I really feel that we are surrounded by negative energy. The society is full of negative people who release the negative energy around. That is why the negative energy has overtaken the positive energy.
Recently my fiance faces some challenges at his working place. When he was telling me the situation, I keep on telling him to cool down and to ignore the negative energy where people trying to spread to him.
Human loves to listen to a good comment. The moment you tell the truth and when the truth will be a bad comment, BOOM!! the old good days will disappear and you will be treated like a criminal. My fiance was not very happy at first, but I told him to ignore this negative energy and do not allow this energy to influence your day. Let the karma do the rest because what goes around will always come around. We just have to ensure to always do good and be sincere to everybody. People with bad intention, let the karma do the job as is beyond our control.
I have bought him Ametrine Stone as a gift. Ametrine stone is known as a power and energetic stone. A combination of Amethyst and Citrine, providing calm and tranquillity. It clears stress and tension from the head, calming the mind and bringing greater focus to meditation. (Refer more from crystal healing website). For myself, I bought an aquamarine stone. Aquamarine calms the mind, removing extraneous thought. It filters information reaching the brain and clarifies perception, sharpens the intellect, and clears up the confusion (Refer more from crystal healing website).
Loving all my crystal as it really helps to clear my negative energy. Bought one for my fiance to show him that I love him so much and I will always support every of his decision as long as the decision does not harm other people. Amitabha.
I just realised I did not journal down my experience dining in at The Jungle City at Taman Bukit Maluri.
Brought my family to this Restaurant to celebrate Mothers Day and also my brother graduation celebration. This restaurant has a cute theme where is like as though you are having dinner in the jungle. I am not a food blogger, of course, I just wanted to share my experience and what is my opinion in terms of their food taste.
To me, their food is good and is worth re-visiting again if there is any celebration or gathering. The pricing is affordable and they are generous with the food portion. They have western food and Chinese food. You need to do early booking before hand to avoid queuing if not you will have to arrive earlier before the dinner crowd.
After dinner, you can have a photo session with the Gorilla as well. =P I have shared some photos of the restaurant environment and also the food presentation for reference.
The Jungle City, Kitchen & Bar located at Taman Bukit Maluri. Can call them for booking at 03-6262 3332
Morning Sunday, went for morning exercise with my fiance and my brother. I went for a short jog and both of them went for a swim.
Not too sure why I wasn’t in a good mood today. After 15 minutes workout, I stop and went to the swimming pool to wait for them to finish their swim.
While I waiting, I try to clear my negative energy mindset by looking up the sky. Hoping nature will assist and guide me. While looking up, I notice the building is like a journey. Journey to a beautiful place. Is like a road leading me to a positive environment.
Life is always up and down. Today I am in the downside. I hope that tomorrow will be another good day.
Is been some time I update my lovely colourful life blog. Have been busy moving my new office. I have been transferred from Petaling Jaya to Kuala Lumpur area. Is a new project and need to set up a new office. There is still a lot of things to arrange, however, at least finally I have time to sit down and update my blog.
I wanted to share about this Ramen Restaurant in Isetan One Utama. This Menya Musashi is located in Isetan One Utama F&B section. We always pass by the restaurant but never want to go in because the restaurant is very noisy. Is noisy because the staff will keep on shouting something in Japanese word and to me, I am not very comfortable with it. It might be their culture but I don’t really like it.
So that day when we pass by we realise the staff is not shouting. So I was guessing they decided not to shout? So I and my fiance decided to walk in. I have ordered Mazesoba and my fiance ordered Shiro Musashi.
In our opinion, this ramen is a bit too oily. That is why towards the end, we feel bored and don’t feel like eating. The portion is big so with the price is still acceptable for shopping mall restaurant. Both of the ramens cost RM27.00 each and the green tea cost RM3.50. They only allow refills if we are not sharing. Guess a lot of customers ordered a cup and share.
My fiance can’t finish at the end because he feels bored with the taste towards the end and too oily. In the ramen, there is just pork meat, egg and ramen.
Mine is actually Curry ramen. That is why when they serve the curry smells is very strong. Japanese Curry I mean. I not able to finish at the end too because seriously too bored and bit salty.
If you ask me will I still go back to dine in there, I guess not at this moment because is not the taste that I will crave for.
I am always a Hello Kitty lover. Recently, I have stopped buying because I have limited space in keeping them. So I decided not to buy them instead just keep a picture of them as memory.
However, that there while me and my fiance having window shopping at The Curve, I notice there is a big Hello Kitty shop in there. It seems the shop is under Metrojaya. So I just walk in to take walk. While walking, this little Hello Kitty head attracted my attention. Is a container and with a surprise in it.
So, for my understanding, inside the container, you will be guaranteed with a Hello Kitty figure and a candy inside. It is depending on your luck which design you will be getting.
It did not cost a lot actually. Is only RM6.90. So I was just trying my luck and hoping the surprise Hello Kitty figure I will get is the one lying facing the front. Very immediately, I open once I have paid and tadaa….. I have gotten what I want. Is so lovely and cute.
It comes with a Hard Boiled Candy and is stated at the tag is Strawberry flavour and is artificially flavoured. I still don’t know what to do with the candy because I don’t eat candy. Especially this type of artificial flavour candy.
This little surprise Hello Kitty is also not suitable for kids below 3 years old. Parents who are Hello Kitty lover have to really take note and be careful.
I just completed my pre-wedding photography last Wednesday. Is a tiring but also a fun day. One day before the photo shooting, while waiting for my fiance to finish work, I drop by Centrepoint. We were supposed to drop by the Bridal house to collect the gown and suit for next day photo shooting. I passed by the florist shop and I thought I can just buy one bouquet for my photo shooting as one of the props.
I don’t know how to buy a bouquet actually. So from the brochure, I have chosen the daisy. I love daisy. However, because I have chosen a cheaper price bouquet is quite small. The bouquet cost RM55.00. Guess I need to study the market price before ordering. Is a bit small but still can use.
We have cute and funny experience during the photo shooting. As we have been together for about 10 years, so we are not used to being a sweet couple with some sweet actions and poses. 😂 When we were told to look at each other eyes, we feel awkward and we will continue laughing nonstop. Photographer and videographer have to guide us step by step in terms of posing and the feelings of each other.
So, we went to 3 places to do the photo shooting. The first place is at FRIM Kepong Botanic Garden. First time there of course and I am in love with the environment. I guess a lot of couples shoot there because they even have “Pas Pengantin” which is Bridal Pass.
To enter we have to pay RM112.35. I am not too sure the price we paid is for two cars to enter or only one car because our photographer did not pay for the entry. So I assume the price we have paid is for two cars. Please remember to get the receipt and if the counter
Here I will want to remind you all to always remember to get the receipt and if the counter person in charge has told you that is alright, they will send later please insists on waiting till you received the receipt because you will not be able to enter the garden without the receipt. Our photographer will have to drive back to the registration counter to collect the receipt. Is quite a distance actually. Is very bad for the counter person in charge to do that.
We were lucky that the small hiccups did not ruin our day. When we arrived, the sky and environment are nice even though is very hot and I have to face the sun directly. My fiance took the opportunity to captures some photo of me posing alone. I am not used to it because I don’t really like to take a photo of myself. So I have difficulty in posing and smiling in front of camera (=.=)”
The second photo shooting place is Putrajaya, Taman Saujana Hijau. That park is a public park. So that is why you see a few couples taking the pre-wedding photo. We were rushing for time, that is why we did not take a picture when we were there with our own camera. Have to wait for the photographer final outcome to see how it looks like.
The last location for our pre-wedding shooting was at LIMA PULO. Is a well known Baba Nyonya cuisine restaurant. The restaurant is always crowded. We went there the first time and we did not manage to try out their food because the restaurant is full and the last order is at 2.45pm. This time round we thought we can have lunch there as we have booked the venue from 3.00pm – 5.00pm for photo shooting. As we are running late, we only manage to reached the restaurant at 3.00pm. So we did not manage to try out their food again. The owner is so kind and friendly. Hope we can see him again next round when we have lunch or dinner there cause did not manage to really have a chat with him.
I need to wait for a few months to see the outcome. Can’t wait to see those photo.
Last weekend everybody is like making a lot of “HU HA” about Mother’s Day. I always feel that Mother’s Day is supposed to be every day and not just that weekend. So we bring our mum out for delicious dinner at Eat Drink Thai Restaurant. Yesterday while I went out lunch, there is a Non-Halal shop in the grocery. Since I have spare time, I walk in as well to just have a look.
Something attracts my attention. This Kitaoka-Honten Sakura Sara Sara Liqueur. This liqueur is so beautiful because the Sakura flower is inside the liqueur. This is an incredibly light liqueur supported by a long tradition of cherry trees. First for the ornamental effect of its flower, yet also used for culinary purposes. The flowers used to come from the mountains of Yoshino, the most famous of the Sakura regions in Japan. This exquisite-looking sakura liquor is made from barley shochu and fruits. It gets its colour from vegetable dyes. The sakura liquor has sweet taste and aroma and is perfect for drinking as it is or in a spritzer or cocktail. It contains 7.8% of alcohol.
I bought it with the price of RM69.90 each at Jaya Grocer in Evolve Mall. I notice you can get it from the online store http://www.jpcosme.com.my. The price is slightly higher and is also Pre-Order. I bought 2 bottles. One for my mum another one for my aunt. Both of them is wine bottle collector. Bought for them as a Mother’s Day gift.
