Difference between Joy & Happiness

How do you define Joy and what is the difference between Joy & Happiness.

Joy and happiness are wonderful feelings to experience, but are very different. Joy is more consistent and is cultivated internally. It comes when you make peace with who you are, why you are and how you are, whereas happiness tends to be externally triggered and is based on other people, things, places, thoughts and events. Lifestyle mentor Rachel Fearnley shows you how to finally find joy.

I just learned that Joy and Happiness are two different experience =P

So it is not wrong to be simple and not ambitious I guess. I am not a very complicated person also not a very ambitious person. I like to live in a very simple lifestyle and in-office I choose to work without demanding return or without feeling I am entitled to anything. I choose the Simple Joy experience.

I thank GOD for making me realize how lucky I am. I have everything I need, I have a warm home to stay without worrying about rain and the sun, I have a clean cloth to wear every day, I have food to eat every day, I have clean water for drinking. I don’t have to worry about the necessity of my life. Last time I thought is bad to be simple and not demanding. Now, I think is a good thing I have been practicing simple Joy.

I am who I am. I am KittyPiggy, Why, because I like Hello Kitty and I like to sleep =P simple as that. I finally come out with the KittyPiggy crochet mascot. It is not something big that I will go into the World Record Book, but is something simple that I wanted to achieve and finally, I got it.

Happy Friday and happy weekend.
