Solving Problems Create Happiness

안녕하세요

When I was young, I never have to worry about any problems, because my parents are the ones who will help me solved all the problems and I will just need to follow their instructions only. They choose everything for me including where I should work after I graduated.

As an when I grow older, I start to face one very big problem. I am seeking for my Happiness. I grow up in a healthy family lifestyle. I married a good family background too. By right, I should be very happy. Sadly, I just feel something is missing. This is one of the reasons why I decided to create a blog for myself. I am learning to be “Happy”.

Thanks to Laura|Whatshotblog introducing Scribe to me, I currently listening/reading an interesting book which is The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F*ck by Mark Manson. I just started reading and this point stuck in memory ever since I start reading.

True Happiness occur only when you find the problems you enjoy having and enjoy solving

Problems are everywhere. Everybody has their own problems. However, if we choose to avoid the problem and run away, the problem will be there forever and ever until you die. Meaning to say, you will not be happy until you die because the problem you are facing did not resolve.

The problem that I am facing is I don’t know Who I Am and I don’t know what I want in my life. I have been following instructions and directions from other people. I have been avoiding this problem for many years until last year where I decided to focus on doing part-time which is blogging and handcraft. Something that belongs to me, MYSELF. I feel so much more motivated now because I learn a lot of new things by blogging and handcraft trained my patient and inner peace. I learn to be more grateful for my life and every day I will think about my next step to move forward.

Happiness

So, in order to be happy, you will need to face the problem and solve the problem because problems are constant in life. How do you solve the problem?

  1. Face the problem
  2. Stop denying that the problem exists
  3. Stop blaming others for the problem you are facing
  4. Search for the problems you enjoy having & enjoy solving
  5. Happiness is an action, they don’t drop from the sky, so MOVE IT!

Happy Monday~~~
