Happy April 2020. Is another new month and most of us are under quarantine and restricted movement lock-down. Everybody is staying at home in order to reduce the virus spreading and also to stay safe.
During this period of time, we should learn to
- Stay positive by reading more positive articles/books
- Eat healthy food. You can call food delivery but try to reduce fast-food category ^.^
- Exercise for 30 minutes. If you are not a person who does exercise than maybe try to spring clean your house each day for 30 minutes?
- Sleep early & wake up early. Stick to your normal working days routine so that you don’t have to struggle to get back on track when everything is back to normal.
