Happy April 2020. Is another new month and most of us are under quarantine and restricted movement lock-down. Everybody is staying at home in order to reduce the virus spreading and also to stay safe.

During this period of time, we should learn to

  1. Stay positive by reading more positive articles/books
  2. Eat healthy food. You can call food delivery but try to reduce fast-food category ^.^
  3. Exercise for 30 minutes. If you are not a person who does exercise than maybe try to spring clean your house each day for 30 minutes?
  4. Sleep early & wake up early. Stick to your normal working days routine so that you don’t have to struggle to get back on track when everything is back to normal.
