Happiness Journal – Relax and Be Positive

안녕하세요

Be grateful with today and tomorrow will be another a great day. The journey to happiness might look very far but if we continue learning and walking, it will reach one day. =)

This morning, I woke up late and at first I was very anxious thinking that I am going to be late and stuck in the jam again. I was very frustrated at first, then I tell myself, stop thinking negative. Why am I attracting negative energy early in the morning? I calm down myself by still boiling water to make my hot milk and I feed my house poodle and smiling telling myself today will be another good day then I went for a bath like my usual routine. I try to eliminate those negative thoughts.

I am grateful that I did not spoil my morning with those negative thought because the road is smooth today and I still reached office on time. I even have extra time to journal down my gratefulness and thank you God Master for guiding me.

  1. Thanks for sharing this post with everyone! I think it is so important to identify negative thoughts and try to replace them with positive ones in order to have a better day. This is especially addressed in the field of positive psychology, which also asks what it means to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. I write about topics pertaining to this topic in my own blog, so feel free to check it out and I welcome any contributions that you may have to the content. Thanks again for sharing, and I hope that you are doing well!
