Currently, I am reading “The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind” by Joseph Murphy. Still in progress and trying to digest his teaching. One of the thing that he mentions it very frequently is to “Feed your subconscious with thoughts of harmony, health and peace“.
As usual, I love going thru Pinterest because there are so many people sharing their ideas there. I found this very interesting steps on how to train your brain to create lasting Positive Change. The very basic steps which are Be Gratitude, Write a Gratitude Journal, Exercise, Meditate and be Kind.
This writer is asking everyone to practice this few steps for 21 days. By doing it constantly people will tend to make it a habit. This will make a good habit especially being gratitude. Most of the people they are not very grateful for whatever they have right now. Which is why there are so many unhappy people around the world. Let’s practice it~~~
